SIF1 End User License Agreement

All copyrights to SIF1 are exclusively owned by the author - Vsevolod Mokrushin a.k.a. Neiromaster.

Author grants to you a limited, non-transferable, non-assignable, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable license to install and use this version of SIF1 video codec (the "Encoder") and decoder (the "Decoder") and associated software (collectively, the "Software").

You may:
1. install and use one copy of the Software on a single computer;
2. make one copy of the Software for archival purposes, or copy the Software onto the hard disk of your computer and retain the original for archival purposes; and
3. use the Software for personal use only.

You may NOT:
1. license, sublicense, rent, lease, sell in any manner any portion of the Software;
2. reverse engineer, de-compile, disassemble, modify, port, optimize, integrate, translate, make any attempt to discover the source code or resources of the Software or create derivative works based on the Software;
3. use the Software for any third party on a service basis or use the Software or the work product resulting from the use of the Software on a commercial basis or to generate revenue;
5. use the Software other than for personal use;
6. modify the Software, or use the Software in conjunction with other software.

TERMINATION. The license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with the limitations described herein. On termination, you must destroy all copies of the Software.

NO WARRANTY: ALL SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. NEITHER THE AUTHOR NOR THE AGENTS OF THE AUTHOR WILL BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.
